HOW TO USE:
- Connect the drill bit to the drill.
- Use other tools to measure the diameter of the desired hole size.
- Select the corresponding size of the step drill
- Install the step drill correctly on the power drill, then align it with the target hole position, perpendicular to the workpiece.
- Begin drilling to the desired size.
NOTE: Because the outer diameter of each step that the drill expands gradually, the corresponding cutting resistance and linear speed will also gradually increase. The step drill relies entirely on the chamfer, which is 1 mm long. If the feed rate is too high during drilling, it will easily become annealed due to wear on the bevel edge. Please apply downward force when drilling, but do not press too hard to avoid wearing the edge.
