Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at Info@bella-norge.com within 30 days after receiving your order. We will be happy to help you return the order to us and receive a refund.
Returns are only valid under the following conditions:
- The items must not be damaged. The original packaging must be present.
- The items must be suitable for resale by us.
- After we have received the returned items, the order will be canceled. Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7 days after cancellation, using the original payment method.
- Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing.
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
- Items ordered for business projects.
- Custom-made items. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Order cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 1 business day by contacting us before your order has been shipped.
Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and range from NOK 200 to 250, unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.

Returns without a tracking number may get lost in the mail; we recommend that customers always register a return with us and provide it with a tracking number.
