Refund guidelines

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Info@bella-norge.com within 30 days after delivery of your order. We will be happy to help you return your order to us for a refund.

Returns are only valid under the following conditions:

• The goods must not be damaged. The original packaging must be present.
• The goods must be suitable for resale by us.
• After we have received the returned goods, the order will be canceled. Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's account within 7 days after cancellation, using the original payment method.
• Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:

• Goods ordered for business projects.
• Custom-made goods. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made goods cannot be returned.

Returns without a tracking number may be lost in the mail. We recommend that customers always register a return with us and obtain a tracking number.
